Hallsville Real Estate

The City of Hallsville is located 12 miles north of Columbia (from Interstate 70) and six miles east of U.S. 63. The city is served by four two-lane state-maintained highways that intersect at the center of the city, making Hallsville a unique bedroom community for people working in Columbia, Jefferson City, and Fulton.

Hallsville is home to approximately 1,500 residents and is known as the "Small Community With A Big Heart." Many people choose to live in Hallsville for the quality of education provided by the Hallsville School District. Restored historical churches, cemeteries, and downtown buildings celebrate Hallsville's rich past and point to its bright future. Much of the rolling farmland has given way to scenic residential neighborhoods, but the pioneering spirit, family values, and Midwestern work ethic on which Hallsville was founded, remain. Real estate prices in Hallsville are similar to Columbia.

Rail service is provided to the City of Hallsville by the COLT (Columbia Terminal), which provides an excellent resource for industrial and business transportation alternatives.
