Hints for a successful search:

1) You must select either an MLS # or a city or one of the 3 Columbia zip codes for the search engine to work.

2) To screen out commercial properties, rentals, and building lots, select "Single Family Home" from the "Type"box in the "Listing Features" section.

3) Once you have selected a city, you can narrow your search more by selecting a "Subdivision". Note: Most of the subdivisions are for Columbia only, although there are some subdivisions for other cities.

4) To search by map, click on the "MAP" tab at the top of the search page.

5) When looking at a map for an individual listing, you can switch from an aerial view to a standard road map view by selecting "Road" from the box in the upper left corner.

Looking for a home in
Columbia, Missouri?

You've come to the right place.

Your home is probably the biggest purchase your family will ever make, and it involves many decisions that go beyond simply choosing one you like. This website is a great place to start your search. You will have full access to ALL homes listed for sale in Columbia and surrounding communities. All data is pulled directly from the Columbia Board of REALTORS MLS system and is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Remember, the internet is a wonderful place to start your home search and a great source of information. BUT...it is not a substitute for the expertise of a REALTOR®. When you are ready to take your search to the next level, you need to locate a real estate professional with the knowledge and experience necessary to make your real estate purchase painless for you and your family.
In every real estate transaction there are two sides: the seller and the buyer.  Traditional real estate agents typically represent the seller.  Unless you have a signed buyer's agency agreement and a state-mandated agency disclosure form declaring the agent in question to be a buyer’s agent, you are not being represented.

As a technology saavy Buyer Specialist, I help smart buyers like you maximize their real estate investment.   If you would like to make an appointment for an initial buyer consultation, please email me today:
